Board of Director's meetings are held at least once per quarter. The meetings are usually held at Smith Properties (15 SW Colorado). All owners are welcome to attend the meetings.

Homeowners are responsible for the sidewalks in front of their homes. That includes maintenance of the sidewalks and all weeds.
