6/9/08 – Mail notification of vote results to all owners. Record amended CC&Rs, Bylaws. File articles of incorporation with the state of Oregon.
6/30/08 – Appoint the nominating committee.
8/31/08 – Nominating committee to have slate of candidates identified. Slate must have at least five (5) candidates.
9/25/08 – Official date of record for owners that will be eligible to vote for the board of directors.
9/30/08 – Send notice to all owners the time and date (10/30/08) that the Initial Meeting of the Members will be held. Send absentee ballots and nominee information to all owners.
10/08 – Hold a forum of all candidates. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the candidates. Details of time and place to be announced.
10/30/08 – Hold Initial Meeting of the Members. Members will be allowed to vote at the meeting if the absentee ballot has not been submitted. The newly elected board of directors will be announced.
11/2/08 - Mail letter to notify all Members of the newly elected board of directors.
11/08 - Draft budget review for ABOA.
12/31/08 - Turnover completed and all appropriate documents submitted to ABOA.
1/09 – First meeting of the new ABOA board of directors, subject to the right of such board members, by majority vote, to request Brooks Resources resignation earlier to allow new board to take control. Adopt budget for 2009 and conduct other business as necessary.
