The initial meeting of the members will be held to conduct business and introduce the newly elected board of directors. Members will be allowed to vote at the meeting if the absentee ballot has not been submitted. Other business will be conducted as necessary.
January, 2009
Location and time to be determined
First meeting of the new ABOA board, subject to the right of such board members, by majority vote, to request Brooks Resources' resignation earlier to allow new board to take control. Adopt 2009 budget and conduct other business as necessary.
